Definition of Seasons

Low Season: January 4th to March 14th | November 1st to December 20th

Mid Season: March 15th to April 30th | December 21st to January 3rd

Mid-High Season: May 1st to June 30th | October 1st to October 31st

High Season: July 1st to September 30th

Normal Bookings

Full payment of the reservation up to 30 days before arrival. Lack of payment of the reservation implies its cancellation after the indicated period.

Cancellation after 30 days prior to arrival: Non-refundable.

Group Bookings (10 or more Apartments occupied)

Final Booking Confirmation up to 45 days before arrival. Confirmation deadline subject to change in the event of concurrent requests.

Payment of 30% of the reservation up to 14 days after its confirmation.

Payment of 100% of the reservation up to 30 days before arrival.

Occupancy subject to available configuration in the reserved accommodation units.

Submission of Rooming List up to 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Complementary Information

The rates shown are assigned per apartment and not according to occupancy.

The values pertaining to meals (eg. breakfast) are added according to the occupancy of the apartment.

Any discounts are not cumulative, or applicable during Mid-High and High Seasons, or to groups.
